Text

The department shall adopt rules under IC 4-22-2:

(1)to provide procedures not inconsistent with section 9 of this chapter by which any person identified as a perpetrator in a substantiated report of child abuse or neglect that is entered into the child protection index may request and obtain an administrative hearing as provided in this chapter; and
(2)to establish procedures for the conduct of the administrative hearing.
