Text

All photographs taken and a summary of x-rays and other medical care shall be sent to the department and, upon request, to a law enforcement agency that investigates the alleged child abuse or neglect, at the time the written report is sent or as soon thereafter as possible. The department shall give notice of the existence of photographs, x-rays, and physical medical examination reports in accordance with IC 31-25-2-12.
