The judge who presided over the trial at which an individual was convicted of an offense listed in IC 31-35-3-4 may not be the judge who presides over the proceedings in an action filed under IC 31-35-3 with respect to that individual. [Pre-1997 Recodification Citation: 31-6-7-9(b).]
