§ 31-32-8-2 — Proceedings to terminate parent-child relationship with individual convicted of criminal offense
The judge who presided over the trial at which
an individual was convicted of an offense listed in IC 31-35-3-4 may
not be the judge who presides over the proceedings in an action filed
under IC 31-35-3 with respect to that individual.
