Text

If a proceeding is closed to the public under section 4 of this chapter, the juvenile court shall:

(1)make findings of fact concerning the closing of the proceeding; and
(2)place the exclusion order in the file of the proceedings. [Pre-1997 Recodification Citation: 31-6-7-10(f).]
