Text
An order issued under section 1 of this chapter (or IC 31-6-7-14(a) before its repeal) remains in effect for one
(1)year. However, the juvenile court may:
(1)extend the order for additional one (1) year periods after an
annual review of the order; and
(2)modify or dissolve the order at any time after a showing that:
(A)the original circumstances concerning the order have
changed; or
(B)new circumstances have developed.
