Indiana Statutes
§ 31-32-13-2 — Hearing and consideration of matter
The juvenile court may:
(1)immediately set a matter described under section 1 of this
chapter for hearing; or
(2)consider the matter at any other proceeding or hearing
authorized under the juvenile law.
