§ 31-32-1-5 — Waiver of procedural deadlines
Except as provided in IC 31-34-11-1 and IC 31-35-2-6, a procedural deadline set forth in:
(1)IC 31-34 with regard to a child in need of services proceeding;
or
(2)IC 31-35 with regard to a proceeding to terminate the
parent-child relationship;
is not subject to waiver, whether affirmative or implied, by a party to
the proceeding.
