Text
A part-time juvenile court referee:
(1)shall perform duties assigned by the court;
(2)shall submit findings and recommendations in writing to the
juvenile court, which shall enter such order as it considers proper;
and
(3)may administer oaths in the performance of duties assigned by
the juvenile court.
