Indiana·Art. 31 JUVENILE LAW: JUVENILE COURT·Ch. 3 Juvenile Court Magistrates and Referees in Circuits With
A person appointed as a part-time juvenile
court referee under this chapter must be admitted to the practice of law
in Indiana.
