Text
The juvenile division of the Marion superior court established under IC 33-33-49 has exclusive jurisdiction over a child who:
(1)has been taken into custody in Marion County; and
(2)has allegedly committed an act that would be a misdemeanor
traffic offense if committed by an adult.
