Text

A circuit court and superior court have concurrent original jurisdiction with the juvenile court, including the probate court described in IC 33-31-1-9(b), for the purpose of establishing the paternity of a child in a proceeding under:

(1)IC 31-18.5;
(2)IC 31-1.5 (before its repeal); or
(3)IC 31-2-1 (before its repeal); to enforce a duty of support. [Pre-1997 Recodification Citation: 31-6-2-1.5(c).]
