Text
(a)The department shall deny a request made
under this chapter if:
(1)the child does not have a Social Security number;
(2)the department does not have a record of the child's Social
Security number; or
(3)the conditions in section 4 of this chapter are not met.
(b)If the department denies a request, the response to the request
must include the reason for the denial.
