§ 31-28-4-8 — "Executive head"; appointment of compact administrator
Indiana·Art. 28 CHILD SERVICES: FOSTER CARE AND·Ch. 4 Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children
As used in Article VII of the interstate compact
on the placement of children (section 1 of this chapter), the term
"executive head" means the governor. The governor may appoint a
compact administrator in accordance with the terms of Article VII.
