§ 31-28-4-7 — Placement of delinquent children in institution in another state; retained jurisdiction
Indiana·Art. 28 CHILD SERVICES: FOSTER CARE AND·Ch. 4 Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children
A court having jurisdiction to place delinquent
children may place the delinquent child in an institution in another
state under Article VI of the interstate compact on the placement of
children (section 1 of this chapter) and shall retain jurisdiction as
provided in Article V.
