§ 31-28-4-3 — "Appropriate public authorities"; notices; responsibility

Indiana·Art. 28 CHILD SERVICES: FOSTER CARE AND·Ch. 4 Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children
The "appropriate public authorities" as used in Article III of the interstate compact on the placement of children (section 1 of this chapter), with reference to this state, means the department, and the department shall receive and act with reference to notices required by Article III.
