Text
(a)The local office shall provide a copy of the
medical treatment records maintained under this chapter to the person
who provides foster care to a child unless otherwise prohibited by state
or federal law.
(b)The local office shall provide an individual who:
(1)is at least eighteen (18) years of age; and
(2)leaves foster care after receiving foster care for at least six (6)
months;
a copy of the individual's medical treatment records in the local office's
possession.
