§ 31-28-2-2 — Medical treatment records
Indiana·Art. 28 CHILD SERVICES: FOSTER CARE AND·Ch. 2 Medical Records of Children Receiving Foster Care
If medical care is provided to a child who
receives foster care, the person who has custody of the child shall
inform the provider that the child is in foster care and require a copy of
the medical treatment record be sent to the local office.
