§ 31-27-7-6 — Special consideration of certain costs
If the child services provider proves that a cost was previously covered for any provider, or is associated with:
(1)accreditation;
(2)staff safety;
(3)child safety; or
(4)a department requirement;
the department may give special consideration to approval of the cost.
