§ 31-27-6-27 — Expiration of injunctions for noncompliance
A court order granted under section 26(b)(2) of this chapter expires upon the later of the following:
(1)Sixty (60) days after the order is issued.
(2)When a final department decision is issued under sections 16
through 18 of this chapter if notice of an enforcement action is
issued under section 16 of this chapter.
