Text

(a)After the license of a child placing agency is revoked, the department shall notify in writing each person responsible for each child in care to ensure that the children are removed from the child placing agency.
(b)The written notice shall be sent to the last known address of the person responsible for the child in care and must state that the license of the child placing agency has been revoked.
