§ 31-27-6-14 — Cooperation by licensees

Indiana·Art. 27 CHILD SERVICES: REGULATION OF·Ch. 6 Regulation of Child Placing Agencies

The licensee shall cooperate with the
department and any other state agency working on behalf of the
department in carrying out the activities required by sections 12
through 13 of this chapter, including permitting the department to
conduct announced or unannounced inspections.
