§ 31-27-6-12 — Inspections of agencies

Indiana·Art. 27 CHILD SERVICES: REGULATION OF·Ch. 6 Regulation of Child Placing Agencies
The department may conduct an inspection of a child placing agency for the sole purpose of inquiry into matters as stated in the rules, including those directly affecting the health, safety, treatment, and general well-being of the children protected under this article.
