§ 31-27-5-30 — Expiration of injunctions for noncompliance
A court order granted under section 29(b)(2) of this chapter expires upon the later of the following:
(1)Sixty (60) days after the order is issued.
(2)When a final departmental decision is issued under sections
20 through 21 of this chapter if notice of an enforcement action
is issued under section 19 of this chapter.
