Text

(a)A licensee shall keep records required by the department regarding each child in the control and care of the licensee and shall report to the department upon request the facts the department requires with reference to children.
(b)The department shall keep records regarding children and facts learned about children and the children's relatives confidential.
(c)The following have access to records regarding children and facts learned about children:
(1)A state agency involved in the licensing of the foster family home.
(2)A legally mandated child protection agency.
(3)A law enforcement agency.
(4)An agency having the legal responsibility to care for a child placed at the foster family home.
(5)The parent, guardian, or custodian of the child at the foster family home.
(6)A citize
