§ 31-27-3-30 — Expiration of injunctions for creation of imminent danger

Indiana·Art. 27 CHILD SERVICES: REGULATION OF·Ch. 3 Regulation of Child Caring Institutions

A court order granted under section 29(b)(2) of this chapter expires upon the later of the following:

(1)Sixty (60) days after the order is issued.
(2)When a final department decision is issued under sections 20 and 21 of this chapter if notice of an enforcement action is issued under section 19 of this chapter.
