Text
A court order granted under section 29(b)(2) of this chapter expires upon the later of the following:
(1)Sixty (60) days after the order is issued.
(2)When a final department decision is issued under sections 20
and 21 of this chapter if notice of an enforcement action is issued
under section 19 of this chapter.
