§ 31-26-6-1 — "Plan"
As used in this chapter, "plan" includes a
regional services strategic plan to achieve the purposes described in
section 5 of this chapter and any implementation strategy, revision,
addition, or update of the plan, as described in section 12(a) of this
chapter.
