3.
(a)After June 30, 2003, any reference in a
statute or rule referring to the Indiana children's trust fund board is
considered a reference to the board.
(b)On July 1, 2003, the board becomes the owner of all the personal
property and assets and assumes the obligations and liabilities of the
Indiana children's trust fund board, as it existed before July 1, 2003.
