Text
The bureau shall do the following:
(1)Develop and implement the state's plan for the administration
of Title IV-D. The plan must comply with all provisions of state
law and with the federal statutes and regulations governing the
program.
(2)Evaluate formally the quality, efficiency, effectiveness, and
scope of services provided under the plan developed and
approved by the governor and the United States Department of
Health and Human Services.
(3)Control financially the operation of the plan.
(4)Coordinate activities relating to and in compliance with the
requirements of the state's reciprocal enforcement of support law
of cases being pursued under the state plan. The bureau shall
make requests to the United States Department of Health and
Human Services Office of Child Support Enforcem
