§ 31-25-4-29 — Child support enforcement revolving funds

(a)The bureau may, with the consent of the
budget agency, establish child support enforcement revolving funds for
the deposit of a part of the child support money collected by the bureau
under this chapter.
(b)The amount of money to be deposited in a revolving fund
established under this section shall be determined by the budget
director. The budget agency shall annually review each revolving fund
for the purpose of determining whether the fund's current level is
adequate for the purpose of making disbursements described in
subsection (c) and shall report to the budget director recommendations
regarding changes in the amount of the fund. The budget director may
authorize an increase or a decrease in the fund.
