Text
The bureau shall establish procedures for
providing information to a consumer reporting agency (as defined by
the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. 1681a(f))) concerning
the amount of overdue support owed by a parent. Information provided
under this section must be provided in accordance with federal statutes
and regulations governing the Title IV-D program (42 U.S.C. 651).
