§ 31-25-4-20 — Authority to receive federal funds and distribute money collected
Indiana·Art. 25 CHILD SERVICES: ADMINISTRATION·Ch. 4 Child Support Provisions of Title IV-D of the Federal
The bureau may receive the federal money
available for the administration of Title IV-D of the federal Social
Security Act and shall distribute money collected in accordance with
federal regulations.
