5.

(a)The following definitions apply throughout this section:
(1)"Child services provider" means a:
(A)child caring institution licensed under IC 31-27-3;
(B)group home licensed under IC 31-27-5;
(C)child placing agency licensed under IC 31-27-6; or
(D)private secure facility licensed under 465 IAC 2-11.
(2)"Cost report" means a report that the department requires a child services provider to submit regarding costs incurred during a twelve (12) month period by or on behalf of each residential treatment program operated or administered by the child services provider.
(3)"Rate year" means the year in which a rate is calculated.
