§ 31-25-2-2 — Personnel
Indiana·Art. 25 CHILD SERVICES: ADMINISTRATION·Ch. 2 General Duties of the Department of Child Services
The director may employ necessary personnel to carry out the department's responsibilities subject to:
(1)the budget agency's approval under IC 4-12-1-13; and
(2)IC 4-15-2.2.
