§ 31-21-6-20 — Assessment of costs
If the respondent is not the prevailing party,
the court may assess against the respondent the direct expenses and
costs incurred by the prosecuting attorney or other appropriate public
official and law enforcement officers under section 18 or 19 of this
chapter.
