§ 31-21-6-10 — Service of petition

Indiana·Art. 21 UNIFORM CHILD CUSTODY JURISDICTION·Ch. 6 Enforcement
Except as otherwise provided in section 13 or 14 of this chapter, the petition and order must be served, by a method authorized by Indiana law, on the respondent and any person who has physical custody of the child.
