§ 31-21-4-9 — Request by a court in another state to an Indiana court

Indiana·Art. 21 UNIFORM CHILD CUSTODY JURISDICTION·Ch. 4 Communication and Cooperation Between Courts

On the request of a court of another state, an Indiana court may:

(1)hold a hearing; and
(2)enter an order described in section 8 of this chapter.
