§ 31-21-3-2 — Question of existence or exercise of jurisdiction priority

Indiana·Art. 21 UNIFORM CHILD CUSTODY JURISDICTION·Ch. 3 Procedural Considerations
If a question of existence or exercise of jurisdiction under this article is raised in a child custody proceeding, the question, on a request of a party, must be given priority on the court's calendar and handled expeditiously.
