§ 31-19-9-14 — Establishment of paternity by putative father; when precluded
A putative father whose consent to adoption
of a child is implied under this chapter or IC 31-19-5-18 is not entitled
to establish paternity of the child, by affidavit or otherwise, in Indiana
or any other jurisdiction.
