§ 31-19-6-3 — Release of copy of paternity determination and notice of filing of petition to establish paternity
(a)If a record of a paternity determination has
been filed concerning a child who is the subject of a request under
section 1 of this chapter, the Indiana department of health shall release
a copy of the record of the paternity determination to the requesting
attorney or agency.
(b)If a notice of a filing of a petition to establish paternity has been
filed concerning a child who is the subject of a request under section
1 of this chapter, the Indiana department of health shall release a copy
of the notice of the filing of the petition to the requesting attorney or
agency.
