Text
An attorney or agency that arranges an adoption or may arrange an adoption may at any time request that the Indiana department of health search the Indiana department of health's records of:
(1)paternity determinations to determine whether a man's
paternity of a child has been established in relation to a child who
is or may be the subject of an adoption; and
(2)notices of filings of petitions to establish paternity.
