§ 31-19-5-22 — Timeliness of responses to requests; fees
(a)Except as provided in section 16 of this
chapter, the state department shall immediately respond to requests
regarding registrations under this chapter:
(1)in writing; and
(2)in a manner described by section 20 of this chapter.
(b)The state department may charge a fee for responding to a
request under this section, unless the state department mails the state
department's response.
