§ 31-19-28-4 — Jurisdiction

Indiana·Art. 19 FAMILY LAW: ADOPTION·Ch. 28 Adoption Decrees in Foreign Jurisdictions
The court where an adoption proceeding is pending has jurisdiction over a person if the person's consent to the adoption taken outside Indiana includes a provision that the person giving the consent to adoption submits to the jurisdiction of the Indiana courts.
