§ 31-19-25-13 — Fee for expenses

Indiana·Art. 19 FAMILY LAW: ADOPTION·Ch. 25 Release of Identifying Information; Requests for
(a)The following persons may charge a reasonable fee for actual expenses incurred in complying with this chapter:
(1)A licensed child placing agency.
(2)The court.
(3)The department.
(4)A local office.
(5)A professional health care provider.
(6)The Indiana department of health, except as provided in subsection (b).
(b)The Indiana department of health may not charge a fee for filing a contact preference form under this chapter. [Pre-1997 Recodification Citation: 31-3-4.5-6 part.]
