Text
Information released to the confidential intermediary under this chapter shall be filed with the court in a manner designed to:
(1)protect the identity and current location of the person releasing
the information; and
(2)preserve the confidentiality of the medical, identifying, or
nonidentifying information that the confidential intermediary
obtains.
