§ 31-19-24-10 — Review and release of court ordered information
The court shall review the medical,
identifying, or nonidentifying information submitted under section 9 of
this chapter. The court may order the release of the information to the
petitioner under this section to the extent that the court determines is
just based upon the emergency medical need or good cause shown
under section 2(2)(B) of this chapter.
