Text

(a)This section applies to an adopted child if:
(1)the local office; or
(2)the prosecuting attorney; has filed a petition alleging that the child is a child in need of services under IC 31-34-1.
(b)The:
(1)local office;
(2)child's guardian ad litem or court appointed special advocate; and
(3)juvenile court; may have access to nonidentifying adoption information regarding the child. [Pre-1997 Recodification Citation: 31-3-4-30.]
