Text

The following persons shall provide for the storage and indexing of consents made under this chapter to carry out IC 31-19-24 through IC 31-19-25.5:

(1)The state registrar.
(2)The department.
(3)County offices of family and children.
(4)Licensed child placing agencies.
(5)Professional health care providers (as defined in IC 34-6-2.1-165).
