Text

The state registrar may contact an adoptee or adoptive parent who submits a written consent under this chapter that is:

(1)incompletely; or
(2)inaccurately; executed to inform the adoptee or adoptive parent regarding the error in the execution of the consent form. [Pre-1997 Recodification Citation: 31-3-4-27(g).]
