§ 31-19-21-4 — Release after consenting person's death

Indiana·Art. 19 FAMILY LAW: ADOPTION·Ch. 21 Consent to Release of Identifying Information
A consenting person may restrict the consent to the release of the information only after the consenting person's death. The holder of the information may release the information in conformity with the consent only if proof of the consenting person's death is submitted to the holder.
