§ 31-19-20-1 — Release of medical history; supplementation
The state registrar:
(1)shall release a copy of the medical history to any interested
person;
(2)may release a copy of the medical history to any person who
satisfies the registrar that the person has a legitimate need; and
(3)shall supplement the medical history with medical information
received from any person.
